What is metabolic weight loss?
This method helps to fight excess weight and strengthen the body. Within its framework, the metabolism is activated. The overall condition of the body improves, strength and endurance increase, and sleep is normalized.
The authors of this weight loss concept divide people into three metabolic types. This is done using a special questionnaire:
- Protein type — fast metabolism. For nutrition, it is advisable to use foods that are digested rather slowly.
- Carbohydrate type — slow metabolism. In this case, it is recommended to focus on foods that are digested very quickly.
- Mixed type. The authors of the method recommend introducing whole foods into the daily diet and, if possible, completely eliminating fast carbohydrates.
