BPC-157 + TB-500 Pen is a synergistic regenerative therapy format that combines two peptides acting through different, but complementary biological pathways. Together, they activate angiogenesis, accelerate tissue repair, support ligament and tendon recovery, and optimize the cellular response to mechanical and metabolic stress.

BPC-157 modulates the gastro-mucosal barrier, vascular growth factors, and neuronal plasticity, while TB-500 enhances cell migration and accelerates the repair of muscle, fascia, and soft tissues. When used together, their regenerative speed is reported to increase by 30–40% compared to each peptide alone.

Scenario

BPC-157 (solo)

TB-500 (solo)

Combo BPC-157 + TB-500

Acute tendon/ligament injury

250–500 mcg/day, 2–4 weeks.

Not required.

250–500 mcg BPC + 500–1000 mcg TB-500 every other day, 4–6 weeks.

Extensive muscle injury, post-op

250–500 mcg/day, 4–6 weeks.

2–5 mg/wk, 4–6 weeks.

250–500 mcg BPC/day + 2–5 mg TB-500/wk, 4–8 weeks.

Chronic tendinopathy + myofascial pain

250–500 mcg/day long-term

2–3 mg/wk.

Low doses of both: daily BPC, TB-500 at 1–2 mg/wk as a “booster”

BPC-157 + TB-500 Pen is a combined peptide pen containing synthetic peptides BPC-157 (15 amino acids from gastric protein) and TB-500 (synthetic analogue of thymosin beta-4 with 43 amino acids). It is designed for subcutaneous injections in a convenient format (usually 5–10 mg mixture).

How it works

BPC-157 stimulates local repair by enhancing angiogenesis (blood vessel growth), collagen synthesis, fibroblast migration, reducing inflammation (TNF-α, IL-6), and protecting the gastrointestinal tract, tendons, muscles. TB-500 acts systemically by increasing actin to promote cell migration, tissue regeneration, reduce inflammation, improve flexibility and blood flow. Together they create synergy: localized effect (BPC) plus systemic effect (TB), accelerating healing twice as fast through different pathways.

Application schemes

Subcutaneous injection at the site of injury (locally) or into abdomen/thigh (systemically); one click ≈ 250–500 mcg of mixture. Store in refrigerator (4–8 weeks).

  • Standard (injuries/rehabilitation): 600 mcg/day (300 mcg each), Weeks 1–2; then 800 mcg/day, Weeks 3–4; back to 600 mcg/day, Weeks 5–8. Divide into 1–2 doses per day.

  • Aggressive (postoperative): 1000 mcg/day during Weeks 1–2; followed by standard scheme. Cycle lasts 8–12 weeks, break for 4 weeks.

  • Maintenance: 300–500 mcg 2–3 times/week TB + daily BPC. Effects appear within 1–4 weeks.

Why it's popular

The combo—dubbed “Wolverine Stack” among athletes and patients—accelerates muscle, ligament, joint recovery by 30–50% while reducing pain/inflammation without steroids. It's favored due to proven synergistic effects (animal studies/anecdotes), safety profile (minimal side-effects), convenience of pen form, and alternative to opioids/NSAIDs. Ideal for sports, surgery, arthritis, GI issues; growing market in regenerative medicine.
