CJC-1295 in a prefilled pen is a synthetic analogue of GHRH (growth hormone-releasing hormone). It stimulates the pituitary gland to produce a pulsatile release of GH and IGF-1.
There are two forms:
CJC-1295 without DAC: half-life of approximately 30 minutes; requires more frequent injections.
CJC-1295 with DAC: half-life of approximately 6–10 days; administered once a week.
CJC-1295 increases GH levels by approximately 2–10 times and IGF-1 levels by 1.5–3 times.
Potential effects include:

CJC-1295 increases GH levels by approximately 2–10 times and IGF-1 levels by 1.5–3 times.
Potential effects include:
Muscle growth.
Fat loss.
Improved recovery.
Better sleep.
Increasing muscle mass and strength during training.
Reducing fat mass, particularly visceral fat.
Supporting recovery after injuries, surgery, or intense physical exertion.
Anti-aging therapy: skin rejuvenation, improved bone strength, better sleep, and increased energy.
| Group | Why it may be suitable | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Athletes and bodybuilders | Muscle growth, fat loss, and recovery | After ACL surgery or physical overload |
| People aged 40+ with growth hormone deficiency | Anti-aging support, bone density, and energy | Chronic fatigue |
| People with obesity or metabolic syndrome | Lipolysis and metabolic support | Combination with Mazdutide |
| People undergoing rehabilitation | Support for tissue and joint recovery | Postoperative recovery |
| Combination | Intended effect | Dose |
|---|---|---|
| CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin | Up to a fivefold increase in GH | 100 + 100 mcg per day |
| CJC-1295 + Mazdutide | Fat loss | 200 mcg + 3 mg per week |
| CJC-1295 + TB-500 | Recovery support | 150 mcg + 500 mcg |
The version without DAC may be preferable for beginners because it follows the body’s natural pulsatile pattern of hormone release. The version with DAC is more convenient because it requires less frequent administration.
Possible side effects may include skin redness, increased appetite, and mild fatigue. These reactions are reported to be uncommon, occurring in fewer than 5% of cases. Tissue swelling may occur rarely.
CJC-1295 provides a prolonged increase in growth hormone levels, whereas Ipamorelin stimulates the release of growth hormone without increasing cortisol. The strongest effect is considered to be achieved when both substances are used together.
It is a ready-to-use combination of CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin with a total content of 10 mg. The approximate cost is AED 1,300. Additional combinations with Glow and TB-500 are also available.
Important: The safety, effectiveness, dosage, and suitability of peptide therapy should be assessed by a qualified physician. CJC-1295 and peptide combinations should not be used without medical supervision, particularly in cases of obesity, metabolic syndrome, hormonal disorders, cancer, pregnancy, or chronic diseases.
